Lindsay Lohan is to be charged on Wednesday with one count of felony grand theft for allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace from jewelry store.
Lohan will be arraigned tomorrow afternoon, according to Los Angeles Deputy District Attorney John Lynch.�
Lohan -- who is on probation in a 2007 DUI case -- allegedly walked out of the Venice, CA jewelry store with the necklace on January 22. The store's owner reported the theft to the Los Angeles Police Department, which investigated the allegation and presented evidence to the D.A.'s office last week.
The troubled star was released from the Betty Ford Center in early January after a three-month rehab stint.
