I am going over my list of influential artists who sang and I don't recall Laurie Anderson, Grace Jones, Ute Lemper, Peaches, Kate Bush, Danielle Dax, Nona Hendryx, Diamanda Galas, Dalbello, Sinead O' Connor, Lady Of Rage, Eva Cassidy, Tori Amos, Siouxsie, Bif Naked, Millie Jackson or Bjork doing this level of publicity stunt performing in lieu of writing classic work. She represents everything hollow about 2011 "entertainment" and PLEASE don't bullshit me by saying that she's jogging our brains to think critically about the cultural landscape. She is just as much a product of the "pod" as the rest of us.
Throw in Nina Hagen and Lene Lovich and I totally agree with you!
NOTHING this bitch has done is new and/or original and she lacks any real talent to make up for ripping off those who are actually talented.
