New Video: Justin Bieber Surprises Fans with Video for Kobe Bryant

Over 37 million fans voted and the winner is ... Kobe Bryant! Cartoon Network announced who got top honors in their first-ever sports awards show, Cartoon Network Hall of Game Awards -- and a highlight of the fun-filled night was a surprise video by teen sensation Justin Bieber!

In a special awards presentation, tennis champ Venus Williams, winner of the Super Siblings Award with her sister Serena, awarded the night's biggest honor, King of the Court, to Lakers star Kobe Bryant. In addition to the award, the basketball great also received a humorous video from some big fans ? Justin Bieber and Jimmy Kimmel!

"What's up, Kobe? Justin here. I just got done playing ball and I wanted to congratulate you for winning King of the Court. You know, I'm really happy for you but this guy is really angry." Pointing to a seated Kimmel, Bieber goes on to say, "He thought he should have won."

"I never get to be king of the court," a forlorn-looking Kimmel says. "All I got were these stupid socks."

To see the entire raucous sports awards show, hosted by Tony Hawk, and the rest of the night's big winners, tune into Cartoon Network on Friday, Feb. 25, 2011 at 7 p.m.
