Taken at his home with cameras rolling, Sheen submitted again to a drug test that was immediately examined. While waiting for the results, Sheen continued to watch his "20/20" interview.
Sheen's twin sons with Brooke Mueller, Bob and Max, were taken from him Tuesday night as a judge ruled to strip Sheen of custody rights. He will not be able to regain custody of the boys while a restraining order filed by Mueller remains in place.
When the results were in, Sheen was again vindicated. "Negative. Negative. Negative. Negative," Sheen said in reference to the outcome.
Calling out Mueller on her alleged drug use, Sheen fired back a challenge saying, "Brooke's going to be doing a whole lot of these, and I'll match her test for test and I'll beat her test for test."
